In some situations we may need to establish the authority of applicants acting on behalf of legal entities to apply for and\/or manage renewals and transfers of entity IDs on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is required, you will be asked by the RapidLEI system or a Registration Agent (RA) partner to complete a Letter of Authorisation (LoA). Please download the appropriate LoA for your scenario or contact us for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Current LEI holders may object to the transfer of LEIs to other LEI issuers. If this is required, you will be asked by the RapidLEI system or a Registration Agent (RA) partner to complete a transfer objection form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
